CARRY A LIGHT, LOVE
I get it. Honestly. There are days when you can’t breathe. There is no reason for anything. And you’ll be right, but then you’ll hear someone call you beautiful, when you’ve forgotten you are. And they don’t care if it’s on the inside or the outside, like you’re a bear or a moose or a human.
We each have enough time and less than certainty that tomorrow won’t take too much of our love; that we won’t be able to keep these fists unclenched. So call the one person you know won’t bring you down with all this blahblah about fear and need.
Remember we each of us, crazy to some, magnificent in the eyes of dogs, carries a light. YOU carry a light.
Just because you’re the only one on the track through them ol’ dark piney woodland, doesn’t mean somebody isn’t seeing that light from far away and is right now running in your direction.
I get it. Honestly. There are days when you’ll feel like you can’t breathe. Just carry a light, love.
